The LG has the great advantage that it is small, this allows nearly anyone with any amount of space to use it.  While the fact that it is small is a pro, it also can be a con depending on how much laundry you plan on doing with it.  The small capacity can be annoying to people who want to wash large amounts of clothes, or who have a large family.

Another pro to the LG is that it washes and dries in the same tub.  That saves you plenty of time from having to switch from the washing machine to the dryer.  Unlike many washer and dryer combinations, the LG does not require a vent.  In fact, it uses a common power plug in order to power the entire unit.  Many other washes need more elaborate hookups, but with the LG you can wash clothes in nearly any room of your home that has a water source.

Like many washer and dryer combos, the main complaint that the LG receives is that the dryer is slow.  However, soon LG will be able to update the model and upgrade the dryer so that it can perform better.  There are also several options on the unit that you can select in order to reduce the washing and drying cycle.  Unlike most dryers which use a vent to get the excess water away from the unit, the LG has to drain through a floor vent or a hose which will not usually be a problem, due to the need for a water input anyways.

The LG washer and dryer combo is one of the best models on the market today.  It has the ability to be placed anywhere, including under a counter with a regular power socket.  Sure, it may take a little while longer to dry than some other models, and it does have the need for a floor vent or hose.  However, the LG holds its own in being a washer and dryer combo that will stand up to clothes and make sure they are cleaned thoroughly.
